Surgery Scheduling

Read each helpful statement below, then click the “Submit” button to schedule your pet’s surgery appointment.


  • • Drop off is 7:15a – 8:15a. Pick up is 4:00p-5:00p (close at 5:30p)

  • • You will receive a confirmation email after your appointment has been reviewed and released (1-2 business days after you've scheduled it) and a reminder email and/or call 1-2 days prior to the appointment.

  • • If you cannot keep the appointment, let us know at least 24 hours in advance, your pet's surgical spot will be offered to another pet in need.

  • • Surgery ages are 4 months (16 weeks) to 7 years for cats and dogs (younger and older exceptions are at Veterinarian discretion)

  • • Use the Note Field to ask a question or to message a staff member when we confirm your pet's appointment.

  • • If you are on government assistance, or need a portion of the surgery cost sponsored by a donor, one-time surgical assistance may be available. If you have received surgery funding help in the past, you may still use the clinic's services at our regular (partially funded) prices.

  • • Donations needed and deeply appreciated! Our prices are kept significantly below our costs for affordability for most,

  • • Pets can also get vaccinations and a microchip on the day of surgery.

  • • If your pet has a current vaccination status or your dog is currently receiving monthly heartworm prevention (with a test in the last 12 months) bring a copy of the prevention purchases and test results on the morning of surgery.

  • • If you have more than one pet to bring on one day, choose 2-3 days into the future to help ensure the remaining number of spots are available.

  • • We are currently scheduling appointments 2-3 weeks in advance.

  • • If this is too long for your schedule or you have a pregnant cat or dog, mention this in the Note Field or contact your primary care veterinary clinic to check appointment availability.
