End-of-Life Humane Euthanasia for McLennan County Pets

This service is designed to assist McLennan County pet owners in providing their suffering pets with compassionate relief from medical reasons only: illness, advanced age, or disease. 

This is arranged well in advance by appointment. Complete the form below or text 254-776-7303 to begin the process. You will get a response within 24 business hours. 

ABC is not able to offer cremation, however you are welcome to take your precious pet home with you for burial. We can offer contact information for crematory services.

Quality of Life & Contact Form

If your pet has been seen at another veterinary clinic in the past, please email records to info@animalbirthcontrol.org

A Quality of Life exam will be completed. If the Veterinarian agrees, services will proceed.  The cost is $50-$150 based on what your are able to pay. This does not include the cost of cremation at a local company. Owner must make payment direct to the cremation company. Staff can arrange for the company to collect your pet from the clinic for cremation. Ashes can be picked up from the clinic.

Surgery must be performed by 6 months old. Your adult cat's rabies, FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia vaccinations will be needed one year from when the kitten rabies was given. The next round of vaccines will be due in 3 years.
